The past reflects a series of thrilling pop-ups with Urbanspace in 2017, where we explored our grab-and-go pelmeni concept, gained an initial fan-base, and landed significant exposure with TimeOut, CBS, and Eater. From 2018 to 2021, we operated our first permanent location in Columbus Circle's subway station, but have since moved to a stand alone retail shop. We specialize in custom-made Russian dumplings to prepare at home, and offer our customers a chance to try these custom-made recipes cooked at our shop as well. Our staff ("the true faces of the company") have made us who we are, and we pay tribute to them in our branding. Quality foods, innovation, and excellence in customer service will continue to be our focus for the future.
